Welcome! We are Dr. Brad Fraum and Dr. Brian McGinnis and we are Hilton Head Island Chiropractors. Fraum Chiropractic Life Center , P.A. has been serving Hilton Head SC area, including Bluffton and Beaufort in South Carolina since 1991. Being a Chiropractor means allowing people to get to the natural cause of their problems from low back pain, sciatica, headaches, neck pain, fibromyalgia, allergies, carpal tunnel syndrome, pain from auto accidents involving personal injury to everyday stress. As Chiropractors on Hilton Head Island we allow people to attain wellness by natural, holistic methods by correcting pinched nerves also called vertebral subluxations.

We bill your insurance company directly and are preferred providers for many insurance companies. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Our office has been serving the lowcountry for over 15 years. We welcome visitors as well as locals to our office. Both Dr. Fraum and Dr. McGinnis earned Doctor of Chiropractic degrees at Sherman College in Spartanburg , SC. Dr. Fraum is Past District Director of the South Carolina Chiropractic Association, which covers Beaufort, Jasper, Colleton and Hampton counties. As wellness becomes a trend in this country that is what we are helping our patients attain. Through years of undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate education we are grateful for the skills our education has enabled us to provide quality Chiropractic care to our patients.
